The five student teams who are selected for the Subotron Live Pitch Competition 2025 have been revealed. Teams from universities of applied science throughout Austria have convinced the jury with their projects and will learn to pitch in a workshop with Jan Halwe of ByteRockers' before pitching in front of a live audience.

The finalists for the Subotron Student Live Pitch 2025 have been selected. At the jury meeting on 18 September, local experts Conny Lee, Vivien Schreiber, Rainer Angermann, Johannes Gäbler and Albert Gerlach chose five student projects that will now receive a pitch workshop with Jan Halwe from ByteRockers' Games and pitch live to an international jury on 21 November.

Here are the finalist projects and teams:

  • “Dorfhex” – FH Oberösterreich – Digital Arts (BA)
  • “Off Course” – FH Salzburg – MultiMediaArt (BA) & MultiMediaTechnology (BA)
  • “Paddling Pals” – HTL Spengergasse Wien – Game Design (Matura)
  • “Pollucean” – FH St.Pölten – Media Technology (BA)
  • “SONDER: Embrace The World” – FH Oberösterreich – Digital Arts (MA)
