Swiss funding agency Pro Helvetia has posted funding opportunities for game dev studios and game workers in 2026.

For one, a gamescom participation submission can be sent in until 1 February, for game workers from Switzerland who want to be supported to go to gamescom.

Also, Game Design Work Grants in three categories are open now. The prototype call can be found here, the production call here and the post-production call here. For all three, 1 March 2026 is the deadline.

A trade fair participation call is open all year round (except for the above gamescom call), and can be found here without specific deadline.

In addition to the website info, a Zoom information event for all game design funding measures will be held on Tuesday, 3 February 2025, 17.00-19.00.

Last week, Pro Helvetia has also announced updates to the requirements for several of their support formats. These updates do not directly touch games funding, but several related disciplines.
