A trading card game with collectable creatures? Palworld Official Card Game is in the works at TCG makers Bushiroad, Pocketpair has announced. The physical game will be released on 30 July 2026.
Pocketpair doesn’t want to leave the battle for Pokémon’s supreme position in media to the digital playing field: Together with Bushiroad, the trading card game makers behind Weiss Schwarz and Cardfight!! Vanguard, the Japanese Palworld developer has announced a trading card game for their survival creature collection game. Palworld Official Card Game will be on sale from 30 July 2026 onward. There haven’t been any designs or mechanics announced yet except for the following description:
“This game is a 2-player competitive card game where you can enjoy strategic and tactical battles through deploying various unique Pals.
Players fight alongside their Pal companions, gathering resources, and building bases as they aim for victory. These adorable and dependable Pals will utilize their own unique traits to lead you to victory.
Team up with your trusty Pals and experience the thrill of overcoming formidable enemies through this exciting trading card game.”
