Melanie Klose has been appointed Director of Marketing, PR and Media at THQ Nordic. She succeeds Philipp Brock, who has moved to lead the newly created Community & Communications department.

With effect from 1 April 2025, Melanie Klose has taken the helm of all external communications at THQ Nordic. In her new role as Director of Marketing, PR and Media, she oversees marketing, social media, programmatic advertising, press and public relations, influencer marketing and, last but not least, events - an area she has led as head of events and product management since 2020. In addition, since August 2023, Klose has served as assistant to the CEO, Klemens Kreuzer. She succeeds Philipp Brock, who has moved to lead the newly created Community & Communications department.

Klose will lead a 12-person team responsible for coordinating all public-facing international communications for THQ Nordic's brands. This includes upcoming titles such as Titan Quest II, Gothic 1 Remake, Reanimal, The Eternal Life of Goldman and Wreckreation, as well as several projects yet to be announced, perhaps in a future showcase. In addition, her team will continue to support successful evergreen titles as well as communications for other THQ Nordic franchises. The department will also oversee communications for THQ Nordic's licensed titles, such as SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, South Park: Snow Day and Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed.
