Games, toy and TCG company Hasbro has announced today that Doug Bowser, retired President and Chief Operating Officer of Nintendo of America (NoA), and Carla Vernón, Chief Executive Officer of The Honest Company,  have been appointed to Hasbro's Board of Directors.

Bowser had retired from NoA’s presidency and COO position in September 2025 (we reported) and given the positions over to Devon Pritchard.

Prior to joining Honest, Carla was Vice President of Consumables Categories at Amazon
