MTG Buys Raid: Shadow Legends Maker Plarium

The Modern Times Group, holder of InnoGames and Snowprint Studios, has acquired Israelian game maker Plarium, developer of Raid: Shadow Legends. The acquisition has cost 620 million dollar.
The InnoGames mother Modern Times Group (MTG), situated in Stockholm, has bought another developer: Plarium, the Israelian studio behind Raid: Shadow Legends, has been acquired for 620 million dollar. The company had set itself up for sale in May 2024.
Apart from InnoGames from Hamburg and now Plarium from Herzlia, MTG also owns Hutch from the UK, Ninja Kiwi from New Zealand, Snowprint from Sweden and Playsimple from India.
